We’re Lindsay Reynolds and Krystal Blackard — co-founders of KL Consulting.
Together, we’ve led multimillion-dollar businesses, scaled teams to Millions in annual sales, and guided entrepreneurs across industries to create clarity, traction, and sustainable growth.
But more than titles and numbers — we’ve lived it. We’ve built businesses while raising families, navigating pressure, and choosing faith over hustle.

I’m Lindsay, co-founder of KL Consulting and a multi-passionate entrepreneur.
I’m one of the owners of a thriving homebuilding company, scaled a family business to 7 figures, and sat on the executive team of a billion-dollar organization, leading risk and strategy.
Recognized as a Top 20 Under 40 leader, I bring both high-level vision and practical experience to every project.
When I’m not helping entrepreneurs simplify and scale, I’m in the Texas Panhandle with my husband Ryan and our daughter — living our quiet home life. I love to cook from scratch, travel and entertain. Living all pieces of our life in alignment is what we work hard to do every day - Simplified isn’t just a sales point it’s a core value.
Krystal Blackard

I’m Krystal, co-founder of KL Consulting and an online sales + team growth strategist.
Cultivating over $60M in online sales and profiting more than $6M net from online sales alone, I’ve spent the last decade building strong teams, coaching entrepreneurs, and creating duplication systems that scale.
Married to Chad and raising our four beautiful daughters, I’ve built my businesses from the ground up on our cattle ranch in Texas .. (usually on the back porch!!)— fueled by a desire to get to live my life by design, and being relentless in ALWAYS finding the solution.
Life and the standard of excellence isn’t just a talking point for me— it’s literally the filter I run everything through.
