Apple App Store Additional Terms and Acceptable Use

If you access the Services through an application distributed via the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA). In the event of any conflict, Apple’s LAEULA shall govern.

In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines, users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, transmitting, or engaging in objectionable or abusive content or behavior through the application.

KL Consulting Co. maintains zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable users and content. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination without prior notice.

We actively enforce these standards and reserve the right to remove users or content that violate these Terms, Apple policies, or applicable law.
